I don't mean this in a rude way, but if there was ever a recruit who you looked at and thought "wow, this dude just ain't going to make it at Bama" it would be Hunter Brannon

Has added 20 pounds since "highlites".......is raw but plenty of upside according to staff. Might want to remember his name, you will see it again later down the road.

If he's related to the Britt brothers, that's good enough for me. Those guys played with a mean streak.

Remember last year when some 3* players committed, a lot of people were mad, then from about 2 days before signing day until signing day, like 4 of them de-committed. This is Hunter Brannons future.

It's a hell of a lot less likely with offensive lineman. Some of the better ones we've had were three star camp finds. Chance Warmack ring a bell?

Brannon has to be a preferred walk-on. At least I hope so.

Who is this the Mod for this board? If you see board permission forms for Bamajustbam or SwmWifey i would like to vouch for them have them added immediately. We have plans to do our draft tomorrow. Bam is actually BigBam a long term poster for many Bama boards. He just cant remember his old password. And Wifey is our own Swm2262's wife.

why would you do your draft before the pre-season. Do you know how many stars get hurt in the preseason and are out for the season? someones 1st round draft pick could be out for the season because of pre season. Do it after all 4 preseason games, and your league will be more competitive. if my 1st round pick got hurt in preseason I would not even follow that fantasy league anymore

Its a CF draft. We have been doing this for a while so we know what we are doing. Thanks for the concern.

DrewD says very likely greyshirt.

In fairness, I do like that he's grown 2" and 30 lbs. since last season. He's now 6'4" 290. So many good OL are late bloomers, who benefit a lot from extra years of weight training. Hopefully he'll make a good guard/center for us without taking up a scholarship this year.

But if he is in this class, this should help the Buckeye fan get his wish of winning the average rating per player for the year.

I've been growing skeptical that they can hold us off with several 5*s about to commit to us, and Tua possibly getting the 5* bump once all sites are updated.

I told him, he laughed. Then you can tell him again when he gets here.

His twitter is still very active.

For every 5 star we have left, they have the same number. This is just their year.......perfect storm, lost elite guys last year and lose more this year......so PT should be available at a top notch school. Hard for them not to get great class. Good thing is, they will have a small class (20-21) so while their AVG will be high, their total score may not give the the title.
