can't see why a player with gary's skillset cant look at the way we play our dline and realize what a monster he would be at bama? He would fit so perfectly

Under no circumstances should we allow Will or Kirby to grab Burton Burns.

I'd be shocked if Kirby doesn't retain Thomas Brown or move Bryan McClendon back to RBs.

Mcclendon is a big asset in recruiting...

Also I somehow had no idea that Eddy Pineiro is a Juco player.

No wonder he wants to go to Florida. This is the one situation where starting your first year would be ideal for a kicker.

Yeah, with Griffith resurging, I think we lose him.

He may be at a juco, but he has 4 years to play 4, so there is no time issue with him. He redshirted this year.

It looks like Kirby Smart has made his first hire as head football coach at the University of Georgia.

Glenn Schumann, listed as having a player development and player personnel staff position at Alabama, appears to be heading to a role in some capacity at Georgia.

He started out as a graduate assistant for the Crimson Tide in 2012.

JAG is John Garcia, the Alabama Scout writer. I have no idea what this could be.

Everybody just calm down. When the playoff run is done and dust settles(hopefully Bama will have 16), Saban and the restructured staff will shore up the recruiting. If we do win of course Kirby can use that to his advantage as well, but I have faith in Saban. We might not finish 1st, but we will damn sure finish close to first. What I don't understand is how easy it is to deter kids from Bama, but shite show programs like L5U and Auburn have commits that are as loyal as a fricking Lab. L5U has the top safety and top corner committed and their secondary is as suspect as they come.

Four-star DL Jeffery Simmons saw his high school career come to a close Saturday following Noxubee County's 44-23 win over St. Stanislaus in the Class 4A state championship game. Simmons recorded four tackles, 3 ½ sacks and four hurries in the game. Now, all attention turns towards recruiting.

The No. 11 overall wide receiver in the class admits some schools are beginning to emerge over others.

"Clemson, it's a good offense, they pass it a lot in a pro style," he said. "Michigan is a pretty good team, too. Georgia, (coaching changes, Kirby Smart hire) are kind of crazy but they're getting a good head coach. I still like Georgia, the tradition and the school. Alabama, T.J. (current teammate UA commitment T.J. Simmons) is recruiting me pretty hard right now, he wants me to come there with him and keep it going. And Florida, for now."

Don't expect one of the Scout100 talent to pull the trigger any time soon, however.
"My plan is to wait it out to senior year, go out on officials and visits to the places I haven't been before," Collins said. "Just to ride it out and see how it is."

North Carolina 247 staff is saying that Lawrence is as close to a lock as a kid can be... To CLEMSON. They are saying it's been a done deal for some time now.

Kiffin is going too. That's a pretty serious visit for a guy who is expected to be enrolling at Ole Miss in a couple of weeks. They are trying to get him to OV this weekend before the Dead Period.

Also, looks like Kiffin may be coming back for another run with us...
