I say our final 3 WR commits need to be Cavin Ridley, Velus Jones, and AJ Brown if we can pull all 3

Just my opinion though

He probably doesn't want to start behind Griffith for a year.

Which for a kicker, is ridiculous. If you're good, you're going to get drafted. But you pretty much have to be around for four years anyways.

I think NS would let him do kickoffs and long FG's if he deserves to play in his first year.

Charlie Weis was at SEC Championship wearing an Alabama shirt. Any thoughts?

Has the Little train pretty much left the station, or do we still have a shot?

It seems from his twitter he has an ego. Should have offered that #1 kicker kid who wanted to come here.

Ten recruits where the Kirby hire helps UGA. A lot of Alabama players on that list. LINK

This class was already looking shaky before the CKS exodus. Can we pull this out somehow?

I remember reading something a year or two ago that when a program is down an assistant, the HC can fill in temporarily in recruiting. Is that still the case?

Well, I guess we're technically not down one coach since CKS will coach through the bowl game. Not sure how they'd treat that.

Cheshire (Conn.) Academy wide receiver Tarik Black, a four-star prospect in the 2017 class, has the Tide in his top 10 schools. The East Coast prospect took to Twitter on Sunday night to make his announcement.

Along with Alabama, Arizona State, Duke, Maryland, Miami, Michigan, Michigan State, Rutgers, UCLA and Virginia Tech made the list.

Black picked up an offer from Alabama last May and has since been high on the Crimson Tide. Offensive line coach Mario Cristobal is the four-star receiver's primary recruiter.

Checking in at 6-foot-3, 185 pounds, Black is rated the No. 14 receiver and the No. 90 overall player in the country, per the 247Sports Composite.

Alabama will see Eddy Pineiro, the Tide's 2016 kicker commit, on Tuesday, according to a BamaOnline source.

Pineiro is still scheduled to take an OV to Alabama before his planned enrollment next month.

If things go according to plan, new South Carolina head coach Will Muschamp will have one of the best coaching staffs in program history.

-Earlier today, we reported that Muschamp's defensive coordinator will be Auburn secondary coach Travaris Robinson.

-Auburn assistant Lance Thompson, who is a graduate of The Citadel, is expected to join Muschamp in Columbia as well, though it's not a completely done deal yet.

-Auburn offensive analyst and former Byrnes High coach Bobby Bentley is expected to be on Muschamp's staff.

-Cleveland Browns offensive assistant Kurt Roper is expected to be offensive coordinator.

Those are the "done or close to it" hires. Here are other names to watch...

-Alabama running backs coach Burton Burns
-Georgia defensive line coach Tracy Rocker
-Former Virginia running backs coach Chris Beatty (could coach receivers).
-Virginia Tech offensive line coach Stacy Searels
-Florida offensive line coach Mike Summers
-Former South Carolina and Auburn defensive coordinator Ellis Johnson.
-Former South Carolina assistant Shane Beamer.
-Alabama assistant strength and conditioning coach Jeff Dillman, who worked under Muschamp at Florida.

There will be more names to come during the next few days.
