He's about the same size Allen and Hand we're going into their senior seasons. Wouldn't be surprised if he's DE from day 1 at Bama like they were.

I don't know. Maybe not QUITE as much as those two, but he's a pretty quick-twitch guy. Pretty explosive. More than you normally see for prospects that far North.

Allen and Hand were both consensus top 15 players and showed why on film. Kareem is good but he's not that good.
He'll be a great addition to the team but we have 5-6 guys on the roster that are better.

I agree he's not THAT elite. We'll see how he develops. I like him a good bit. I'm not sure that he didn't take Quinnen Williams' spot. I hope it wasn't Janarius Robinson's spot.

May be right. The DL/LB final spots (and there are still a BUNCH of them) this year is one of the most intriguing position recruiting years in recent memory. We're going to make a killing.
LB(3): Wilson, Davis, and Dontavious Jackson
DL(3-4 more from reports): Gary, Carter, Lawrence, Janarius Robinson, Simmons, Quinnen Williams (I'm guessing out now), Benito Jones (guess he stick with Ole Mi$$), Kobe Jones

Hopefully he puts on weight more gracefully and keep his speed better than Stinson. Stinson was a solid player, but really became the prototypical Saban DE "plugger" that held up blocks.

I think Kareem needs to shed some bad weight, but I can see him sticking at OLB if that's there they want him. They mentioned his athleticism to drop back, though that stuff rarely happens.
I bring this example up far too often, but who would have expected Ryan Anderson to gain less than 10 pounds and still be at OLB in 4 years at Bama?
If they want to pack weight on him, they will. Just glad they got an edge guy, 5 tech even. He's ferocious with his hands...

You left out Marlon Davidson.
I still think he ends up at Auburn but maybe he'll follow his friends to Alabama.

I really hope we push for Jordan Smith out of Georgia.
In my opinion he's the best pass rusher in this class.

I really wish Mack Wilson or Ben Davis would commit early to help recruit the last 10-12 spots.

For some reason, I always forget Davidson. We have a shot. If he transfers back to Carver this Summer, LOOK OUT!

Kid reminds me of Pagan coming out of high school. Kid has a lot of speed for his size.

Hopefully he develops better than Pagan. Pagan was solid, except against the Barn in 2013, but never became the player I think he could have been. What Greg Robinson did to him should be illegal in all 50 states. He was on skates all game long.
