Gotta confess that picture makes me a little sad. I always enjoy the time of year when we screw over Auburn. It makes things a little more interesting around NSD.

Next year's class should have a ton of in-state drama. Can't wait.

would keep him away from the barntards, so thats a positive

Chidi could give us a little fun with the Aubs on NSD. Have we ever stolen a top African OT from them?

I'd almost just cold call Darrell Williams on NSD if there's a spot left and see what he says

Tons of LBs next instate cycle, guess that's why they didn't go all out of another this season. There's probably 7-8 guys who will be at D1 schools.

DL becomes a little easier to pitch with a few guys leaving after 2015. Whole starting DL could actually...and Darren "I wouldn't know a swim move even if I was in a" Lake.

I think they're so numb from it happening every year they won't giaf honestly. Doubt we make a play. We need ILBs and he's a Sam type imo. He may could play ILB but would have to really beef up. Adonis Thomas needs to get on the mccarron diet

We don't really need them to beef up a whole lot. Gotta keep the ability to cover for a guy like Adonis Thomas. 230-240 is fine, and he's what, 215-220 now?

Yeah 215 being generous. He's skinny. Tall but skinny. 235 would be solid if he can keep his speed. McMillion is already like 250-260 and he looks it.

And I'm assuming Thomas and McMillion are both signed as our mike and will with other options depending on how that evaluate them in the fall

It was just one game, but I thought he was one of the best defensive performers at the UA AA game.

@BarrettSallee: Alabama FB Michael Nysewander now on scholarship, according to source.

@DrewChamplin: And will be on 'leadership squad' RT @barrettsallee: Alabama FB Michael Nysewander now on scholarship, according to source.

Might be a candidate to fill that FB spot

I'm wondering if the scholarships are just for the spring semester and a result of having more players coming off the books due to expired eligibility than early enrollees coming in. But if that were the case it seems like we'd hear about this happening all over the country this time of year but I don't recall that being the case.

Regardless, I would expect us to have right around 85 recruited scholarship players come fall camp.

What happened to the TE that got into drug trouble? Did they announce whether he was kicked off the team?

I don't know if they announced his dismissal but he's not on the official roster so I would imagine he gone. Of course everyone deserves a 2nd chance

Mike was a senior going into this season IIRC, so this might be until the spring.

You're right he was a senior. Broke out the ol' '14 media guide and noticed Parker Barrineau's bio is actually included with the scholarship players instead of the walk-on's. But then again so is Corey McCarron and I'm pretty sure he's a walk-on. Could be they're both in that section because they both had receptions the previous year.

At this point I have to question Richardsons work ethic. It's like the dude gives no fricks.
