JUCO RB Jeremy Smith is taking an OV to Alabama this weekend. He's originally from Louisiana. Big kid at 6'2" 225 pounds.

With all of the talk about Drake coming back and us still pursuing a second RB commit, makes me wonder if Drake might just pull a Vinnie and leave after recovery.

I don't think that Flowers is going to stick at RB. Or we might see someone like Tenpenny transfer. I think Drake sticks around.

I'm just tired of reading about it. I do wonder how it will affect our recruiting class.

Cowart seems like such a wildcard. The fact that we already used our OV for him doesn't bode well for us. Seems like whichever school he visits last is where he will sign.

If we get Cece then he may recruit cowart to come with him and it's not like cowart doesn'tkke Alabama. I don't think cowart goes to AU. He doesn't know enough about them. I think he goes to UF FSU or Alabama.

The hire is a decent one but its just a big name hire because he was a HC. He will definitely improve them but not to a point where it will affect the iron bowl. It will be a good game or a blow out for Alabama. Next year auburn won't have the horses to compete in the west. I could see them losing every west game and UGA. Think about how improved everyone will be including us. Arkansas will be. LSU will be. aTm will be. State will be about the same. Ole miss won't be as good imo. I also think Bobby petrino puts an arse whiping on them in the opener. As far as recruiting goes. They may get holland and Ivey. I don't think they get cowart or anyone else worth a shite.

they are losing pretty much everyone on offense who was a significant contributor this year.

Yep. Auburn won't be that good. They'll be ok because I think Jovon robinson is legit but I think they'll be 1 demensionsal. They can't run the same offense with Johnson. Stack the box and play man to man on their shitty receivers and game over.

Im just absolutely dreading the off season with the "scared" comments. Why the frick would the number 1 team in the nation, number 1 program of all time, with the 2nd greatest coach of all time to Bear Bryant, with the best OC and DC in college football, with the number 1 Recruiting Class for the past decade be afraid of a bunch of UGA rejects and criminals led by a gum smacking cult leader and his mediocre side kick yelling boom a million times?

For you lurking Aubies. If you think thats a "scared" comment, then please continue to hype yourself up. The downfall will be that much more enjoyable.

May I suggest new slogan ideas. #moralvictoryU #OklahomaJR #athensjailyardbrothas

And Jeremy Johnson has been impressive every time I've seen him play. Obviously he can't run it like Marshall but I wouldn't count on him being bad

The whole key to their offense was the threat of the QB run and the ability to extend plays to make on the run passes. Their WR corp will be one of the worst in the sec next year and Johnson is a pure pocket passer. They don't have the players to be good next year. They'll be decent but decent can be last in the west.

I'm not even sure what to say. They might have a "down year" but they sure as hell aren't losing every West game. Jeremy Johnson is better than Marshall IMO.
