I noticed this too and I have commented on it a couple of times on here.
They use the excuse that they don't say anything till they can confirm it but to me that is bullshite. They are a truth mill, they're a rumor source so everything should be applicable.
I noticed this last year. Some of the nuggets BOL posts will be regurgitated information I already knew about. Yet they add some light spin to make it seem original.
I'm not saying BOL isn't useful, but I notice they do these sort of things and the things you mentioned.

Tidesaint - How are you surviving HIPPA? As a fellow IT pro, I despised my time with that mess, and took the first opportunity to get away from it.

HIPAA is the worst if you are in a field were its application is often questionable.

They wanted to give me a smart phone with some app on there that would let them erase ALL data at any time they saw fit. I kindly said "thank you, no" and just forwarded my old company flip to my personal phone. It's ridiculous.

Yeah, it's the opposite of fun. I totally get wanting to keep people from publicizing health info but make the rules easy to follow.

Oh no, i have double the problem as i found out that actually have two of them. Time to spend that a little extra with the kids and family. It has been a good ride.

To strengthen his arm, he had his left moved to the right. So he has a double right rotator cuff.
