The future of our secondary is so damn bright.

Corners: Eddie Jackson (though he could be gone after his JR year, depends on variables), Tony Brown (future 1st rounder hopefully), Marlon Humphrey (see TB), Minkah Fitzpatrick

Safeties: Deionte Thompson (Perhaps a more athletic HaHa?), Hootie Jones (Has to play the right role, but as a punishing SS he could be a badass), SBB (Anywhere)

Why does everyone either call it the dbmd or the tstwnbn? I don't get it.

dbmd is Trey's hippy shite, not the same

There truly is no reason an acronym is used, especially considering the official acronym is 3 letters. It's a big much a do about nothing that has festered for what, 2 years? It's something that grew out of what was then a chatroom with not enough spots to hold enough people. Contrary to belief, not having to do with the treatment of the old megathread or whatever that shite was about the SECsys. It was already established at that point, came from neither of those things.

It's a "competing" site as much as the rest of the internet is. Links to Roll Bama Roll or Volquest aren't blocked, and they are "competition". I kinda feel a little pride in it though, having something I help create felt "threatening" at any level.

I don't walk on eggshells by not posting it, I just find I'm able to get my point across without being that direct. I wear it in my sig because I find the whole thing so amusing...

Man who does Damien Harris remind you guys of? He has some amazing film!

Initially I was thinking Trent? but with possibly more top end speed on Damiens part. They are both 5'11. Trent listed at 225 and this kid currently at 205 but his final weight on his profile will prob end up being at least another 5-10 lbs higher, so it wont be too far off. But after watching Trents HS video again I was reminded of just how violent of a runner he was even in HS. So no. Then, I checked Bryce Browns tape because I remembered him being a bit quicker and I think this is who Damien reminds me of, Bryce Brown. Damien has the same speed and elusiveness as Bryce (possibly even more speed) with still the ability to run inside, just not near as violent as Trent. On the trade off he is a more fluid runner (natural running, clean motions) with more top end speed. Bryce ended up at 6ft 210 on his final hs profile. Plays at 220 in the NFL. So that seems about right. What say you?

Mississippi State looks like they will land Smitherman and Jalen Thompson.

Probably a good/solid QB away from being another dominate class (and we may land Dormady soon who I at least think fits the bill).

We got our hybrid white linebacker/safety with a high motor and great intangibles out of the way early. The only other thing we are missing is yet another kicker that Chris Sailer promises is the greatest kicker of this generation.

Alabama has officially offered Tide legacy Ben Davis on Saturday, the Gordo (Ala.) 2016 prospect reports. The outside linebacker, who is the son of Tide all-time tackles leader, Wayne Davis, turned in an impressive camp performance in Tuscaloosa earlier this week.

"Just got offered by Alabama," said Davis. "My high school coach just called me and said they confirmed it."

Davis projects as one of the state's top prospects in the 2016 cycle and also holds offers from the likes of Mississippi State and Louisville. His Crystal Ball is currently 100% in favor of the Tide.
