"I shot Coach Kiffin a call after. That was actually the first time I’ve talked to him. We talked and I asked him how I did. He said I did extremely good, actually. He said my mechanics got a lot better since last year, which is a good thing. He said the ball came out good," detailed Waller.

I hope he wasnt directly quoting Kiffen. This kids grammar is awful.

Wasn't me. Didn't notice that thread until after I made the post here.

What is Eason's competition like?

No idea. Like I said, I've only watched his film once. Typically on the initial viewing I just look at the QB exclusively to see how his mechanics are and how well he throws the ball. I don't start looking at competition until later.

He just wants to do good, tries to do good, tries to give 110%. There is no "I" in the word team.

HUNTSVILLE, Alabama -- Jacob Parker's multiple talents have landed him a preferred walk-on spot at Alabama, according to Westminster Christian assistant coach Matt Harris.

The 6-foot-2, 220-pound Parker, who played quarterback, running back, linebacker and safety over the past two seasons, was offered a spot with the Crimson Tide as a tight-end/ H-back. He is rated a 2-star recruit by Rivals, and had an offer from Air Force.

Parker began last season as Westminster's starting quarterback for the fourth consecutive season, but moved to running back in Week 5 to help spark the offense. He finished the season 875 rushing yards and 11 touchdowns, 210 receiving yards and two scores, a pair of TD passes and 78 tackles in 10 games to earn Class 3A All-State honorable mention honors.

Parker told AL.com in 2012 that he grew up watching and attending Alabama games.

Ryan Newsome, three-star wide receiver from Aledo High School in Texas, has more than 20 scholarship offers from coast-to-coast. He added another major offer on Tuesday.

"I am very honored to receive the offer from Alabama," said Newsome. "Not many 5-foot-9 receivers can say they got an offer from the Tide."

"Coach Napier came to my school. Coach Napier told me that Coach Saban evaluated every slot receiver in the country and I am the best."

Interdasting.

I don't know where Bone is getting his info, but he certainly talks about Jefferson way more than the BOL guys.

Barner Matthews has Daron Payne going to the family, does he ever CB an awb target somewhere else?

I commented on this before. I can look up random Alabama prospects and it looks like a blanket CB by some of their writers.

Hailing from Atlanta, Dallas Warmack is one of the top guards in the country. He is already 6'2" and 306 pounds, and he will likely get even bigger and stronger.

Warmack is the younger brother of Tennessee Titans guard Chance Warmack, says 247Sports. Like his older brother, Warmack will play college football at Alabama. If Dallas is half as good as Chance was at Alabama, then the Crimson Tide will be happy.

Gilmer, Texas, cornerback Kris Boyd says Alabama offered him on Thursday morning. The 6-foot, 179-pound East Texan is the No. 124 composite prospect in the country. The Crystal Ball for the U.S. Army All-American is currently 54-percent to Texas A&M and 46-percent to Texas. However, the Aggies have not yet offered him.

Just received one of my biggest offers! Alabama! A trip I will be taking for sure! #RollTide #blessed ????

Apparently we offered a Northwestern Defensive Tackle commit two days ago:

Jordan Thompson Highlights

I haven't seen anyone report it though. It just went across the bottom of my BOL feed.
