Calvin Ridley is a quicker-than-fast athlete who can glide all over the field. The Alabama commit hails from Florida, and he can explode out of his cuts.
Ridley needs to add more bulk to his 6'2", 170-pound frame, but he can wiggle his way around jams at the line. He separates with sharp cuts to skate away from defenders, and he also has solid vision with the ball when running after the catch.
Antonio Brown of the Pittsburgh Steelers is Ridley's pro comparison.

A smooth and explosive 5-star athlete, Terry Godwin could very well play receiver at Georgia. At 6'0" and 168 pounds, Godwin has electric speed and quickness.
He gets off the line in a hurry, which puts cornerbacks in trail-position almost immediately. Godwin then uses his knack for setting up his routes, which allows him launch out of his breaks to create separation. He shows good hands, plus he has excellent run-after-catch skills.
Cecil Shorts of the Jacksonville Jaguars is Godwin's NFL comparison.

A 4-star safety from Texas, Deionte Thompson has outstanding recognition and vision. He understands how to be patient after the snap, plus he does a great job of recognizing routes.
Thompson, who is 6'2" and 181 pounds, drives hard on underneath routes after he comes out of transition. The Alabama pledge also uses his long arms well when attempting to get his hands on balls.
He looks a lot like Denver Broncos safety Rahim Moore on tape.

At 6'3" and 200 pounds, it's easy to confuse Jamal Peters for an outside linebacker. In fact, it wouldn't be surprising if the 4-star safety eventually lands at that position in college.
The Mississippi native is a good athlete who does most of his damage in the box. He flashes to the football with great short-area quickness, and he has good vision. In coverage, he displays above-average speed to run with tight ends and running backs, plus he doesn't look uncomfortable in space.
Mark Barron of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers is a good NFL comparison for him.

Minkah Fitzpatrick has a chance to become a complete cornerback at Alabama. He is a great athlete who can jam receivers at the line, but he also has the ability to work well in off-man coverage.
The 6'0", 185-pound New Jersey native is a 5-star prospect. He has great anticipation skills in coverage, and he also has impressive short-area quickness. With his loose hips and quickness out of transition, Fitzpatrick compares to Chris Harris Jr. of the Denver Broncos.

Ofodile's NFL comparison is Keenan Allen of the San Diego Chargers.

As long as he doesn't have an Uncle Otis we should be ok
I'm gonna have to research Ty Wheatley Jr, that is impressive size at TE in HS and nice pedigree I might want
Of the other guys you listed I could see us landing Cowart and of course Payne, Thompson is going to UGA, I think the Deionte sticks it out.
I think a lot of good defensive prospects will definitely be interested after witnessing the 2014 Crimson fire & brimstone defense in action
TreyA didn't Tyrone Wheatley (daddy) go to Mich?

I could also see UGA getting Patrick, UF getting CeCe (Bama has a great shot though), and Bama landing Malik Jefferson

I went to the gym with my wife during lunch. I'll put together that list over the next couple hours.
Oh. And I'm not ranking the Dual-Threat QBs. The only one I like is Jarrett Stidham and he can go frick himself.

For athletes, just put them at the position you see them playing.

You don't have to break em up, just QBs could be all QBs, RB would be RB, APB, and FB, DE could be SDE and WDE, etc.

I'll see what I can come up with.

Bama has offered one of the the nation's top 2016 prospects, DT Julian Rochester per 247Sports Rusty Mansell. Tide assistant Lance Thompson was by Powder Springs (Ga.) McEachern on Monday to check on the 5-star rising junior. Rochester also holds offers from the likes of Auburn, Georgia, Clemson, Miami, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas A&M.
Rochester is the teammate of recently committed 2014 5-stars Taj Griffin (Oregon) and Chuma Edoga (USC). The 6-foot-5.5, 280-pound Rochester ranks as the no. 3 overall prospect, no. 1 DT, and no. 1 rising junior in Georgia according to 247Sports. His Crystal Ball has two picks each for both Auburn and Georgia.
Most people think he will eventually sign with Georgia.

Here you go:
Pro-Style QB:
1. Josh Rosen
2. Brady White
3. Ricky Town
Some lurkers will definitely think I ranked Town at #3 due to sour grapes, but after his lackluster performances in camps so far I think it’s safe to say he is not the best QB in the country.
Dual-Threat QB:
1. Kyler Murray
2. Jarrett Stidham
3. Torrance Gibson
I figured “What the hell?” and ranked this category anyway. Murray is a stud as is Stidham. Gibson is probably the best athlete in the entire class and I would put him at WR, but he will play QB wherever he signs so I ranked him here. He needs a lot of work with his accuracy so he is behind the other two.

RB:
1. Jovon Robinson
2. Damien Harris
3. Jacques Patrick
Admittedly, I have not watched a lot of RB film this year with Flowers in the fold (I’d rank him #4) and, until recently, the likelihood of landing Robinson. I reserve the right to change these in the near future.
APB:
1. Rodney Anderson
2. Taj Griffin
3. Kirk Merritt
I like Anderson more than Griffin. Sue me.
FB:
1. Chandler Cox
2. David Ducre
I don’t know any other FBs.

WR:
1. Preston Williams
2. Christian Kirk
3. Terry Godwin
4. Calvin Ridley
Williams is a head case, but he’s immensely talented. I really like Kirk. I wish he wasn’t headed to College Station.
I’m ranking Godwin as a WR because that is where he wants to play in college, even though I think he would be an elite DB. Ridley will be a stud for us.
TE:
1. Hale Hentges
2. Devonaire Clarington
3. Chris Clark
I’ve said for a few weeks now that I’m high on Hentges. I have Clarington ranked #2 based on his potential. Clark is headed to the Big 10.

OT:
1. Martez Ivey
2. Mitch Hyatt
3. Chuma Edoga
Ivey is a prototype LT. I think he is Florida bound though. Hyatt needs to add weight but he stoned the frick out of Robert Nkemdiche as a Sophomore. That’s impressive even if he is going to play for Dabo. Edoga is just a good player. Let’s all laugh at Tennessee for thinking they had a shot at landing him.
OG:
1. Maea Teuhema
2. Jalin Barnett
3. Lester Cotton
4. Richie Petitbon
Yeah I ranked 4 of them again. You want to fight about it?
I know Teuhema is listed as an OT, but I think he plays Guard for LSU. I don’t think he can handle the speed rush to be a Tackle. Instead he’ll be an elite Guard. I have Barnett over Cotton but not by much. If Petitbon wasn’t committed to us I would have just left it at 3. I wanted y’all to see where I felt he ranked in regards to the other OGs.
Center:
1. Tristen Hoge
2. Darryll Williams
3. Dallas Warmack
Most of the kids who end up playing Center are Guards or even Tackles in high school (see practically every Center we have on our roster). Hoge is the best Center prospect in the country. I like Williams as a Center. He put Daron Payne on his arse a few times in the Birmingham NFTC last month. I think Warmack ends up at Center too. This is probably the hardest position to rank.

SDE:
1. CeCe Jefferson
2. Terry Beckner
3. Byron Cowart
Not much to say about this group really. All three are 5-stars because they are fricking elite. Enough said.
WDE:
1. Josh Sweat
2. Keisean Lucier-Smith
3. Mekhi Brown
Sweat and KL-S have elite speed coming off the edge. Brown is my homer pick for this group, but he’s ranked as high as he is for a reason. Huge potential for all 3 of these kids.
DT:
1. Trent Thompson
2. Tim Settle
3. Daron Payne
4. Daylon Mack
5. Shy Tuttle
I probably could have ranked 10 players from this position group. I’ve never seen such a deep class at any one position as this year’s DT class. It’s scary.
