shite. My wife just up and decides were are going anywhere from 30 to 90 miles one way up here in the morning to eat or shop on the weekends all the time. I'd bust that damn number in 6 months.
the west is fricking large. i routinely go 3 hours one way to do a 2 hour hike, then drive back. you just get used to everywhere being far away

His bio from 247:

quote:

Montrell Custis has all the tools to become a solid defensive back at the next level. He has size, speed, agility and great ball skills. Able to play intense press man to man coverage as well as soft zone, Custis is one of the top defensive backs in the class of 2015. He also displays big play potential as a wide receiver and is a home run threat each and every time he touches the ball.

247 has him as a 4-star, but he is a 3-star in the Composite rankings. Naturally I listed him as a 4-star on the first page.

The Peach State standout has lined up at both corner and safety, but says that the Tide like him at one spot in particular.

"They're recruiting me as a corner, but have said I'm very versatile and could play both."

quote:

One of Custis' teammates at Lovejoy is the nation's top-ranked wide receiver, Preston Williams. The new Alabama commit, says he plans on recruiting his friend to join him in Tuscaloosa.

"Me and Preston Williams go way back. We're great friends. Of course I'm going to try to recruit him."

I am currently leasing one. Dont really have any advice though.

There wasn't a special way you negotiated or anything?

@TideSaint

The mileage wouldn't be an issue. For me it is more the negotiations. Whatever tricks of the trade or secrets I can get would be a help.

I guess Custis is our answer to not getting Kerryon Johnson at Safety. That was fast.

The more people who use it will make it easier for me to find when I'm away from my gif folder.

Kipp Adams on Custis:

quote:

Cannot speak for what other networks see, but I have seen Montrell three times this year - at Rising Seniors Junior All-Star Game, Atlanta NFTC and at the Lovejoy MVP Camp. Custis has long arms, reacts really well, breaks on the ball well and has great hips in backpedal. Some cover corner potential there, just needs to keep working on getting stronger and more explosive so he can jam bigger wideouts and keep up with deep threats in man-to-man.

Nope. There was an ad for the lease in the paper, I said this is what I want, and the dealer said cool.

I was low maintenance because my old car died and I had already sold it so I needed a car ASAP. Did a few test drives and picked my favorite in my price range.

Do the Auburn writers just predict every kid from the state of Alabama to Auburn? I swear I can link to any random instate prospect, even those not offered by Alabama or Auburn, and he will have one or two CBs by Auburn writers.
