Surprised how little info has leaked out about this.

My sources are saying it's a done deal with Kirby Moore
Missouri's OC(Contract Pending). He was Grubb's right hand guy before he went to Missouri. I think he would be great!

I don't have any sources, but my hopes and dreams are saying the same thing

Kirby Moore, Missouri's OC

Last season, Missouri finished 18th in points scored per offensive drive.

Alabama finished 26th.

(Washington was 7th, BTW.)

In terms of direct comparables, if there is such as thing, here's Missouri's points scored against Alabama's common opponents in 2023:

OPP • [MIZ] [ALA] • +/-
ARK • [48] [24] • +24
TEN • [36] [34] • +2
LSU • [39] [42] • -3
UGA • [21] [27] • -6
KEN • [38] [49] • -11
MTSU • [23] [56] • -33

So many variables to consider here obviously including styles of play, but I think it's fair to say that Missouri had a good season offensively, with a similar SOS and a much lower team talent composite.

DeBoers gonna promote Sheridan and/or Sheppard to OC and run his own offense. He’s not gonna go out and get a top coordinator that runs a different offense, this is his offense, Sheridan has familiarity with it. Won’t be surprised if DeBoer calls the plays himself.

DeBoer already told Adam Rittenberg what was going to happen

What I'm hearing on Alabama's staff, per sources, following Ryan Grubb's departure. - OL coach Scott Huff expected to join Seahawks - Nick Sheridan (TEs) and JaMarcus Shephard (WRs) both likely to stay as co-OCs, which is significant

We do still have to hire an o line coach.

Bama would still need a OL coach and TE coach assuming Nick Sheridan coach the quarterbacks.

Me personally...

QB Coach- Nick Sheridan
TE Coach- Matt Adkins
OL Coach- Jim Michalczik or Jim Harding
WR Coach- JaMarcus Shephard
