Well, if there is anyone who can act as a father figure and help him through difficult times, it's definitely not Anthony Grant.

The rumor around Mississippi is that Pollard is going to transfer to a juco there.

frick yeah. Anthony fricking Grant.

In all seriousness....if we don't get rid of this clown with a quickness, our basketball program is going to be South Carolina or Auburn in another 3 or 4 years.

It's only a rumor. Hopefully it doesn't come to fruition. Even though Pollard sucked last year, we need him.

Rumor or not, the mere fact that we are discussing the possibility of a 2nd former 5* recruit, and 3rd player overall, leaving the program in a matter of months is a very, very bad sign. Especially when you consider the fact that we were already well under the allowed scholarship limit and only signed 2 guys who will be immediately eligible, both of whom will be true freshmen. Correct me if I am wrong, but if Pollard does indeed transfer, we will go into next season with 8 scholarship players. In year 5. That's a goddamned joke.

I think it'd be 9 but it's inexcusable. I stopped making excuses a while ago for him.
