I like that list of opponents but I think it’s hullshit that you have to schedule 15 years out. You shouldn’t have to, nor be allowed to go beyond 5 years. Anything else is pointless as we have no idea what the college football landscape with be in 2034.

schedule is not an exact science. Sometime you have to go out that far to find an open date that will work for both parties. I assume all sec schedules are known way ahead of time. Therefore it gives you plenty of time to schedule folks for open weeks. Then you have to find a P5 opponent who also has an open week.
