No. 21 - Alabama Crimson Tide - Nate Oats brought in a very strong class headlined by a pair of Canadians in Josh Primo and Keon Ambrose-Hylton. Add in forward Darius Miles who has upside and wing Keon Ellis who should provide production from the junior college level, and it is a a very strong group headed to Tuscaloosa.

The Alabama basketball team also posted a 990 APR score.
24 points higher than the national average for FBS basketball programs.

From what I read, Bball overseas isnt doing so well. US players are expecting fewer jobs and less money.
It might be wise for all borderline guys to go back to college and let the market stabilize for a year

The NCAA Division I Council took a step toward eventually allowing one-time transfers immediate eligibility in basketball, football, baseball and hockey on Wednesday by approving a measure that calls for the development of new transfer legislation. However, any new rules governing what would be a landmark change to NCAA protocol won't go into effect this year, meaning transferring players in those sports will still need waivers if they are going to be eligible in the 2020-21 academic year.

% chances Petty returns?

Splitting hairs here and it's just my opinion, but I'd say 55/45 he returns.

Hell yes, that's a really good get. Kelvin Sampson has had five straight 21+ win seasons.

The guys on the FB group don't think Petty returns.

I don’t know what to expect. Looks like Nike is ours, so that would mean someone has to leave for Petty to come back, and Idk whether that’s realistic or not

That’s awesome. Another good matchup for the schedule.

I think it was posted before, but Oats mentioned recruiting a player that would have to sit a year. So, Nike may be the player he is looking for and wouldn’t have an effect on Petty.

I dont think even Petty knows if he is returning or not yet.

In terms of scholarship numbers it would.

I'm sure the staff would rather have Petty and Nike than Reese and Nike or Davis and Nike. If petty decides to come back they'll find a way to make the numbers work.
