I have Hulu Live so I get ESPN+ for free. You do the sign in with television provider option and it re-directs you to their login page.

On DirectTV. I can get all ESPN regular stuff on phone but says 99.99 for ESPN+

Download the ESPN app.
Try to sign in and make sure you select the TV provider option.
Select DirecTV and it will redirect you to the DirecTV login page and it will let you in once you put in your username and password.
