Very unimpressed by Coach’s management of the bullpen in the past 2 series. He doesn’t seem to have any feel for when to get the pen up and have them ready, and he’s leaving guys in at least 1 to 2 hitters too long consistently.
He doesn’t appear to pay attention to velocity drops or give enough weight to what side of the plate a hitter is hitting from. I was screaming to pull Adams after the 4 pitch walk and was facing a righty. Instead we give up a 2R double and then take him out. Did the same thing last weekend despite Farone having lost 4 mph on his fastball. Fortunately we came back from 4 down to win that one. Hope we do the same tonight, but this is so frustrating and embarrassing.

Walks, errors, triple, two doubles……the usual go thru the motions from bama. At bats look terrible. Taking strikes, swinging at shite.

For our pitching woes, and understanding that all we have is average pitching, our so-called high powered offense has been pathetic. Leaving too many on base and just cannot get a key hit when needed.
