Just curious. I wonder if our paths ever crossed on a diamond somewhere.

Hess gets a lot of strikeouts……to go with home runs, walks, WP, and HBP.

Bright side, 2 out of the bullpen held them at 5 over 4 innings. 2 who haven’t seen a lot of mound time, so that’s something to feel good about. What do you think about the lineup changes? Based on the kids BA in CONFERENCE play - it needed to happen. They will only talk about the overall BA, but looks like others are starting to focus on just conference play and we needed a shake up.

Tired of seeing Hamiter come up to PH with a .185 avg and runners on only to strike out . Guess overall we had as many hits as they did last night against a top quality pitcher . Friday night starters in this league are usually pro guys so I guess that was ok but Hess has got to find a way to keep the ball in the yard. He has not looked sharp in CONFERENCE play . Just hope we don’t get swept . Hitters will have to make an adjustment bc teams have scouting reports with enough games to formulate a way to attack our hitters. Somebody besides Miller and TJ need to step up

Yes we were/are top 3 or so in BA across ALL games so you are right there. However, across ALL games , we are still bottom third in pitching so…
ETA- there is not one aspect of the game we cant improve on
