I really had high hopes for Patota. He looked like he should be a force at the plate. For whatever reason, it didn’t work out that way (.179 in 28 at bats). Nothing against Zulli but it is time to try a different approach.

Zulli was hired by head coach Brad Bohannon back during the summer of 2017

IDK who would be a choice for Bo as hitting coach.
Wished they could get a big name like the Louisville hitting coach (Snider) . Don’t think we have the funds fir someone like that so it will prolly be a young SEC assistant .

Why would you spend millions on the new park and skimp on a coach to help improve the team and get fans to the games.

I don’t think Greg Byrne would skip on assistant money pool. He seems intent on making baseball a contender again.

Guess the point I was trying to make was if you are going to get a top assistant from a top notch program you would have to pony up some but college baseball assistants don’t make a lot of money anyway

Don’t know who the hitting coach is ( too lazy to look up) but the NC STATE team has some good numbers up and down the order . Not that great tonight though
