2 great innings from McNairy - only 31 pitches, too.

I guess ya keep him in? Pulling him last weekend didn’t work out that great.

I think so - I have no clue if he's one of those guys they don't want to go through the lineup multiple times, though.

The big outfield in Hoover is giving our young athletes in the OF a chance to show some stuff.

McNairy absolutely rolling. Tennessee is trigger happy up there and he's getting them to jump at stuff and put the balls he wants in play.

So far so good. Need more runs.

Pickney kinda looked like a young Andruw Jones coming up with that catch with the grin.

We're swinging the bat pretty well today - gotta start finding gaps.

Bo just said this is probably McNairy's last inning.

"His pitch count is kinda getting up there."

Yea - he hasn't thrown more than 55 pitches since like February 27th.

4/11 @ Texas A&M - 3.2 IP, 52 pitches
4/3 vs Tennessee - 2.0 IP, 46 pitches
2/27 vs Wright St - 4.1 IP, 65 pitches

He's at 47 pitches right now. I'd guess they hope they can go back to him on Friday or Saturday, so probably sit him down now. At most you are going to get 1 more out of him and if you do he's probably burned until Saturday at best.
