SEC Championship odds are not impossible. Not likely but not impossible.
1. Win out and finish 14-4(Not crazy,@UT would be Toughest game.)
2. Arkansas wins out including @Florida(not crazy, they are really good)
3. Florida also loses @Texas(not crazy, Texas is decent)
That creates a 14-4 3 way tie which if my math is correct we would win.

I'll tell you who was great last night that won't get a ton of praise and stayed within himself all night was Holloway.
25 minutes
5/5 from the field
4/4 from the line
3 Reb
3 Assist
1 turnover

Holloway
I didn’t care either way he transferred in. Figured he’d never be more that a bit player off the bench.
I’ve never been more wrong about a player in my life. He’s rapidly climbing my list of all time favorites.

I hope that Holloway sticks around for the 26-27 team. Even if we lost Philon and Allen, I think we could be a great team if Holloway stuck around as a veteran that enables the offense but can become a scorer if necessary. Holloway, Jemison, and Sherrell is a nice foundation for a quality squad. How we hold onto people who are shaky transfer risks and finish up in recruiting (Holt), would dictate the ceiling though.

Arkansas is the only Division I team in the last 30 seasons to score 115+ points with fewer than 10 turnovers but still lose. Division I teams had been 247-0
Kind of hard to believe there’s been nearly 250 times teams have scored 115+ points in the entirety of college basketball let alone the last 30 years.

Bama is 3-0 under Oats when scoring 115 points.

Simple solution to hanging a national championship banner: always score at least 115 points.

Dude is so good. Having a guy who's basically automatic from 3 (especially when he's wide open) and from the FT line is such a massive contribution.
As great as Philon is (and he is definitely great,) he's not super consistent at the FT line. Holloway's FT percentage has to be close to perfect.

He's 4th on the team in FT percentage. 83% but it feels like he's higher than that.

Holloway and Wrightsell have smooth FT form but they have these wild misses out of the blue. In the South Carolina game, Wrightsell had one graze the front rim then clank the back rim on the next. After that he was nothing but net in FTs.

Speaking of free throws, anyone who played was taught to repeat the same motion or delivery before shooting whether that was two bounces and shoot, etc. whatever it was.
Very few do that anymore. Seems insane to me. Wrightsell may get it bounce once or four times, you never know. Philon will spin it….?
Don’t even get me started on a big man having the ball out front and nobody going to hep him. Haha
