Unless I'm mistaken, since the IB became an annual rivalry on a permanent basis, Terry Bowden is the only first year Auburn coach to win.

ETA: And I've probably jinxed it. sorry. :(

On paper, everything points to a Bama win. It's the luck and unexplainable BS that usually happens in JH that worries me.

And isn't GM the only first year sec coach to go better than 6-6? Doesn't seem like it should be accurate but I seem to remember hearing that...and I'm too lazy to do my own research.
