1.3 million for TRob. Bama was paying him 800K.
Georgia: Travaris Robinson will earn $1.3 million in 2024, per Seth Emerson of The Athletic. Will Muschamp will see his salary drop from $855,000 to $50,000 in moving to an analyst role

Agree one million percent. NIL and transfer portal really messed up football

I think it is more about NIL and the transfer portal than it is about Saban.

Now UGA is stuck with someone who is a good CB coach but a mediocre DC, as their DC.
Schumann will still probably be their real DC.

I keep hearing these types of numbers thrown around but I’m skeptical, especially on unproven HS kids (yes I know Downs is proven). They’re handing 18-19 year olds $2MM to play college football? Is it a lump sum? Is it paid in monthly paychecks? Is it direct deposit from the NIL group or a booster? Is it contingent on them playing a certain amount of years, making certain numbers like tackles, INTs, other stats? How do the other players feel who are getting only, say, $10 grand a month? I can’t wrap my head around it
I have asked this same question a half dozen times. Nobody knows, and if they do, they ain't telling, which means it violates a rule or a law. Most likely reportable income, which I wish was the case. This needs to be reported and taxable income.
