Great read for any who have not seen it. CKD seems like an awesome dude, and he is encouraging his players to develop some similar traits. I will say it gets the room a little dusty, especially if you are a parent p, when you see how the team can and is impacting lives off the field.

Recruiting, Xs and Os are huge, but knowing how to lead and motivate is something on a different plane. Kalen does it differently, but if he can get that emotion and drive from the players, the decline is officially delayed.
