Kilfoyl is our ACE and it is not even close. Our hitting is subpar compared to the pitching but the Troy pitcher is very good.

The Crimson Tide moved to 14-0 on the season with its 2-0 win over the Trojans
Up next, Alabama will host Mississippi State in a non-conference tilt on Wednesday. This weekend, the Crimson Tide will then host its third and final Easton tournament, the T-town Showdown, with a field including Kent State, Northern Iowa and in-state foe South Alabama.
“As the competition gets better, the execution by our hitters needs to get better,” Murphy said.

In the post game press conference it was mentioned that Kilfoyl threw 84 pitches one game and 83 the other game (both 7 inning games) - an average of 12 pitches per inning. In contrast, it was mentioned Troy’s pitcher threw over 110 today in 6 innings. Hopefully Kilfoyl can continue with that efficiency as the team moves in to SEC play.

in the past we have walked a lot of batters. Rosario or whatever her name was in 2019 was horrible at walkng.

It’s not lining up very well but it’s there now. Open to suggestions on how to make it more presentable.
