I think the cons are presented in a pretty disingenuous manner. They're criticizing him for being ineffective on dropbacks where he has the ball for more than 2.5 seconds, but don't acknowledge that that might possibly be because the Dolphins OL is so bad that it literally cannot hold up in pass protection for that long more often than not.

Detroit Lions defensive-line coach Todd Wash told reporters in May that Da’Shawn Hand “has a chance to be a special player in this league.” If that happens, the Alabama alumnus will do it with another NFL team.
On Tuesday, the Lions waived Hand from injured reserve with an injury settlement.
