And Minkah ends it with an INT.

Bama really is NFLU.

Grabbed the microphone from Melissa Stark and yelled about his offensive line into the camera.

I mean…

Something like 70 former Bama players were in a NFL game this year.

Top two RBs (Jacobs and Henry) are from Bama.

Minkah leads or close to leading INTS and you have Diggs, Marlo, Surtain and Wallace.

Allen and Payne are top three in TFLs.

Quinnen is top 8 in sacks.

Rashaan Evans is top 5 in Total tackles. Mosley is back in form as a top 8 LB.

Waddle, Smith, Coop all have 1K yard seasons.

Hurts and Tua were in MVP consideration at some point.

It’s pretty wild.

The one area in which Bama hasn’t had a ton of success in is the OL. Kelly and Dickerson are the only 2 former Bama Saban players to have made the Pro Bowl. And you’d have to go back to pre-Saban to find a Bama player (Evan Mathis) that was named 1st team All-Pro. That’s not to say Bama hasn’t had some success, just not as much as I would expect given how many OL Bama has put into the NFL.

Add Will Anderson and Reichard into the DE/OLB and K position and this team would do well.

Offense
QB: Hurts, Tua, Mac
RB: Jacobs, Henry, Najee, Robinson,
WRs: Waddle, Smith, Cooper, Jeudy, Williams, Ridley, Metchie
OT: Wills, Jonah Williams, Neal, Cam Rob, Leatherwood
OG: Dickinson, Bozeman, Brown, Cotton
C: Kelly, Haussenaur, Piercebacher
TE: Irv Smith Jr, OJ Howard

Defense
DE: Tomlinson, Allen, Reed, Hand
DT: Q Williams, Payne, Barmore, Rae. Davis, Buggs
LB: Mosley, Evans, Harris, Collins, Jennings
CB: Marlo, Surtain, Diggs, Wallace, Averett, Jobe
S: Minkah, McKinney, K. Jackson, E. Jackson, Harrison

Special Teams
LS: Tinker
P: JK Scott
K: Julio/Ingram
KOR/PR: Drake, Sims

Idk we've had Hightower win some super bowls with NE. Mosley is pretty good.

OLB/DE or edge has seen little success by former Bama guys. Numerous All-American caliber players in college like Upshaw, Anderson, T. Williams, etc. that didn’t see the same translation to the NFL. Every former Saban Bama player that has had around 10 or sacks in a season has been a interior DL interestingly enough.

Lol, I mean we don’t have a kicker in the NFL.

I guess it has to be JK Scott but frick it. Let Julio and Ingram on the squad.

The game won't be restarted tonight.

Here's a medical explanation of the type of injury that apparently happened to Hamlin:

This is why Tua needs to retire. It's not worth it.

It's still a mystery to me how Chance Warmack wasn't a dominant OG in the league for a decade. I wanted the Dolphins to draft him badly. Then, he disappeared without much of a trace.

In fact, that entire 2012 OL vastly underperformed what I thought they'd be in the pros.
