If Ruggs doesn't start making some catches, he's going to get the bust label. He doesn't get enough targets from Carr for some reason so he needs to make the 2-3 he gets count.

If he is the same guy I am thinking of; he had set up a signing ceremony before getting the green light from us. When the OK did not come even while he was sitting at the table ready to sign, he decided to sign with Arkansas to save face.

He's kinda like Alex Smith. Throws to the te, rb/fb and slot receiver, that's it. He doesn't go downfield at all. Once you hit him he is only looking for short quick passes.

I was thinking same, but honestly that's on Carr. You are at the 1/2 yard line. There is no positives to be gained from a hard count there, only negatives. And the moronic fans being so loud there doesn't help the OL either. Know situational football and be quiet as a home crowd there.
