I don't know, but David Cornwell looks like he is trying way too hard in every pic I see of him.

Lol @ some AU fans reasoning on tSEC Rb thread

Everything that has happened in the last 48 or so hours in Rashaan Evans' recruitment seems like it is a positive sign for Bama at least that he is heavily considering UA just as much as AU

To them he's still a stone cold lead pipe lock, they are taking Alan Evans quotes out of context clearly directly from the AU recruiting angle (promising he could be something special etc at Star) and someone posted that he thinks the same of both positions now that both schools are recruiting him for, which I haven't seen at all...and Bama has a clear advantage there and all Allan (RE's Dad) and Rashaan him self have said are that they are impressed by Bama's ability to get guys in the League.

And then there is the quote mentioned on here before about him saying how AU players showed him love or whatever that we all dissected pretty good.

If he picks Bama (very strong possibility of him picking either school IMO) it will not end well at all

And I don't know how TTs got banned really didn't RA him or anything in fact I didn't even see his response from my post that was supposedly deleted

Probably because he sucks at the internet.

And Evans to AU is probably like a 94.2% lock in my uneducated opinion.

Meh MUCH much lower than that

Kid is now torn, his parents likely don't hold him out of school if he was sold on Auburn and not considering Bama as well

Kirby will play a major role at his in-home

From Bone on why Auburn recruiting sites get stories faster than other team sites:

quote:

The Auburn media has more access when prospects are on campus. The prospects and their parents exit the complex at Auburn where all the media members are waiting to interview them. Alabama, and most other schools, have a policy against this. You won't see guys waiting in the parking lot in Tuscaloosa to interview players when they leave campus.

Interdasting.

I think AU, Clemson, and FSU allow this. One time a few years ago, a kid (forget who) said one of the reasons he liked FSU was because he felt like he was a celebrity on campus with the media there

The Rivals' Auburn guy interviewed Evans' parents in the parking lot of Auburn's football facility.

Goddamn.

Yeah I would decline any interviews

When/If Mr Minime (my son, a bruiser already looks like a RB/FB/HB runs everywhere, I'm gonna want him to play D though lol) is to a point where he is good enough to be recruited and wants to go on an OV to AU (I would struggle with it not gonna lie lol) if that shite happened I'd totally decline and tell them to contact me after we got home.

Thinking about this though that makes a lot more sense when reading a few of the super Pro-AU comments, getting kids and their families directly after a visit before they leave for home, they are still on a visit high so to speak.

OJ Smith update:

Looks like he is going to OV to Miss St. this weekend. He is hosting Mullen this evening on an in home visit. Saban had his in home earlier and he doesn't appear to be more solid, so it may be a mutual parting of ways IMO. Still says he likes Bama, but looking for the best opportunity. With our current haul it might be best for him to look elsewhere if he is looking for immediate playing time.

Agreed on this...we got guys wanting in and I wish him the best of luck

Josh Frazier and Jarran Reed plus hopefully adding Elam makes Bama more than fine at the position

Johnny Dwight too.

I'd hate to lose OJ though. Only scenario I'd be okay with losing him would be if we land Elam.

Bama very much a factor for Evans. 50/50.

As for the AU media.......need we re-live the Tony Franklin exit interview? And by exit interview I mean AU websites interviewing him as he left the football complex carrying a box full of his personal belongings.

Not sure, but I am almost 30 years his junior and admire that fricking posture.

I have not seen anything to suggest BAW will flip from USC but their fans are all worried. It all comes from this.

“I am still committed to South Carolina, but Alabama gave me a lot to think about.
“I am going to go home and pray about it, but I am still solid right now.”

They are all torn up about the right now part. Also they are saying Saban will do an in home with him tomorrow night. Anyone hear anything or does this story have legs?
