In all seriousness, this was the best time ever for staff turnover at UGA. We replaced a bunch of average coaches and recruiters with Jeremy Pruitt, Tracy Rocker, Sherrer, and one to be named later.
With those guys as well and Bobo, McClendon, and Lilly, we're better prepared than ever to recruit in Ga just in time for the 2015 group.
Smart is still a thorn in our side, though

Agreed Rocker alone sort of balances out Pruitt's inexperience for me

Rocker was a huge hire for Richt/Pruitt. I'm not as concerned about Pruitt's inexperience, but I'm mostly just happy that Grantham is gone. Pruitt has given the program a jolt that it desperately needed.

I say that about Pruitt because I still can't believe how far he has come in a few years and UGA poached him at just the right time and could pay him land he wanted back in the SEC.
