You and I both know that it won't happen. Doesn't stop me from wishing it would.

EEs with injury are Cornwell and Brown. Cornwell seems to be progressing in his rehab, and I haven't heard anyone say anything definite on Brown's injury.

This was on ESPN. Doesn't sound good.

Brown, of Beaumont Ozen High School, was hurt while reaching to defend a pass in a non-contact coverage drill. He received medical attention at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex and was transported from the practice facility by cart, his head buried in his hands and his arm in a sling.

He seems like a really good kid. Our similar experiences having our Dad's be paralyzed by strokes while we are in High School creates a special bond with him. Definitely one of my new favorites on the team.

Welcome aboard Tony.

Somebody refresh my memory. What happened with Gavin Bryant's recruitment? With losing Whitley, you'd think our staff would try to get a Bama kid. If his timeline is right, he hasn't visited TN since June. Planning on taking his OV there January 17. Usually a good sign for a possible flip when a recruit didn't visit them during the season.

Not sure we ever have him a commitable offer. He's one of the more underrated kids in the entire class IMO. Kids from Jackson can flat out play, they routinely whip arse every year down there.

I read an article where Miami is trying to flip him and AU is on the fence about offering him. Said we haven't been in contact with him in awhile. Hopefully that changes after the dead period. He named us his leader at one point. I really think he'd flip if given the opportunity.

Read on another board that the staff is working Whitley hard and thinks they may be able to get him back.

Christian Miller hung around a lot of the UA commits and really enjoyed building relationships with them. He says he is going to visit UGA to give them a second look. He says he is 100% committed.

100%...

Whitley is an EE, so it would be very hard to change his mind when he made the switch so close to him showing up on campus.
