I highly doubt it is a committable offer. More than likely an offer to come to camp to compete for an real offer.

I assumed that was implied due to Bama handling every other QB that way.
And Garrald McDowell easily jumped into my top 10 favorites for '14 with his Hudl highlights. Big hits, sheds blocks, runs like a LB, and hustles 80 yards down field to lead block for KRs.
