Yeah I'm pulling for SC to win it all. I know that's highly unlikely, but it was also highly unlikely for them to beat Duke and they did. I guess I'll pull for all 3 tomorrow including Kentucky. I'm so excited for next year when SEC play starts. That's gonna be so fun

If we make the NCAAT we have a very strong chance of getting him. If we win a game and if Petty or Sexton one and done it, there's no doubt about it we land him.

Time to go find a good fit transfer. Avery has proven to either be really lucky or really good at this.

2014-15 (UNM) : 12 minutes per game, 36% FG, 22% 3P, 67% FT
2015-16 (UA) : 29 minutes per game, 41% FG, 39% 3P, 66% FT
Bola was exactly the same player for us as he was at SIU, which was exactly what we needed.
The only one who was a bit of a disappointment was Collins, who dropped off in basically every category from Morehead to Alabama (FG%, 3P%, FT%, etc).

I'd be very happy to get a grad transfer, but I'd be just as thrilled if Noah Dickerson wanted to come here and sit out a year.

Apparently people on BOL think we are involved with a late blooming kid from Illinois named Mark Smith. Won Mr. Basketball in Illinois, 6'5 point guard.

Cecil Hurt posted on twitter that were not looking to add a 2017 recruit. We're looking to maybe add a transfer. That would rule out Mark Smith.

Shame that King didn't work out here. They built him up a lot during the 2015-16 season. In retrospect that was probably just a way to attract recruits.

I have to think Avery will go for a grad transfer now. We will need the experience.
We only have 6 returning scholarship guys now (7 if you count Giddens). Only 2 of that bunch are seniors- Armond and Riley.

I expect us to target a point guard who can help with Sexton and allow Ingram to full-time play at the 2/3 spot. The name that jumped out at me so far is :
Darius Thompson, G (UVA) : We recruited him pretty heavily if I remember correctly, kid from Murfreesboro, transferred to UVA from Tennessee. A point guard I believe? 45% FG, 35% 3P, clearly knows how to play defense and within a system playing at Virginia.
