Maybe we can learn more from the loss than a win. Bruner being out is really starting to show up in these games. He takes this team to another level.
I thought going in today, we had a chance to win, but I wrote it as a loss. Let’s regroup and focus on USC.

Yea, at least we'll figure it out before the NCAAT or not figure it out and know for sure what we'll get in the NCAAT

I mean we are realistically looking at 20-7 (15-3) in year 2 for Oats. I will gladly take that.

Not giving the team any excuses because the effort is inexcusable. Especially from the seniors.
But we are missing Bruner. We need a reliable big to take the pressure off the guards from the perimeter. It's also hurting us that there is no go-to PG that can drive to the rim and finish. Quinerly is bad, and Herb doesn't have the ball skills.

The combination of not having a stretch big and not having a good penetrating PG makes this offense really difficult.
I'd love to see Ellis start the offense more often.
