KD wants Texas to keep it in the family. I reminded him that Chris Beard was a student at Texas years ago.

Durant said the next guy should bring Russell Springmann back to Austin.

The UCLA team of the last 10 days would beat the Alabama team that played Stanford.

Juco connections aren't a huge thing. Don't get me wrong, I love Ellis. But a team that's running full steam won't need to dip into juco very often.

Indiana zeroed in on Ohio State’s Chris Holtmann earlier in the week, source told @stadium. Holtmann is happy in Columbus.

Holtmann is one of four coaches who has seven consecutive 20-win seasons.

Absolutely incredible that Indiana reportedly thought it could get Brad Stevens or Chris Holtmann.

UT callers on Mad Dog already want Oats. Not sure anyone else listens, but Russo shut him down. Said maybe Beard, but no chance of getting Oats.

No, because it's the most obvious layup question of all time and most of these media/interviewer folks are incapable of asking the smart and interesting questions it seems.

I don't know, pretty sure I saw Herb and Reese both hug and show respect to Watford after the SECT final.
Herb, yes, but Reese and Watford looked like they both had a gun to their heads making them converse with each other after the game.

He went to school there and was a basketball team manager. So it sounds like it's his dream job.

And let's be honest... would you rather live in Lubbock or Austin? One of the greatest music cities in America or...
