My Long Battered Bama Basketball brain keeps telling me it isn’t possible but I truly believe in my heart if we get Good Shooting John Petty we can really win the National Championship.

Even if we lose to Uconn in the second round, I think i'm just over the recent history of the program as a comp as it relates to the program in its current state with this staff in present day and moving forward.
This team/staff/program is just so far and away different, improved and advanced from a culture, vision and leadership standpoint.
Maybe i'm just naive and will look like an idiot in a year or two for it, but I think things are truly different now. I just expect to win games now.

They don't want to see a HOT FROM 3 JP! There's nobody in this tournament that can get as HOT as John Petty from deep! If he gets to that mode shoot you can hang it up! I think its coming to.

I'll need to see it happen again next season to get myself over the hump. Not necessarily league championship and #2 seeding in the tournament, but 110% effort all game and not squandering games away in the closing minutes.
