Hope the staff is really recruiting William Lee from Dallas Co, kid has potential to be really good. Heard UGA staff was at his game yesterday.

Seriously though, it's just frustrating to watch. For example....right now we are in the midst of running the clock down to 3 seconds, missing, getting an offensive rebound, running the clock down to 2 seconds, getting an offensive rebound, and turning it over. We held onto the ball for over a minute, didn't get a single good look, and didn't score any points. That is fricking pathetic considering our opponent. I am sick of watching this crap. It's like they are being forced to run 10 suicides for every shot they take with more than 15 seconds left on the shot clock.

Would Mercer be a good win for us? They are 6-6 but everything I've read says they're a good team.

Mercer isn't a "terrible" team, but they aren't good either. They are pretty good defensively, but worse offensively than we are...by about 10 ppg.

I just don't have any hope for Alabama basketball anymore. I've resigned myself that we will never be Florida. We will never have the ability to win in multiple major sports like the gators. It suck, but it's the truth.

No we aren't. Prior to 1987 Florida had never even been to the tournament.
We should just go ahead and try to hire Prohm after this year and see how it works out. Obviously it didn't with the last UA guy we hired from Murray State, but that can't happen twice, can it?
