There is no denying that Nate Oats is the best coach in the conference. Is there even a question?

Some other pretty good coaches with great resumes, but Nate is certainly in that top tier. And he's by far the youngest and least experienced of those guys (Pearl, Muss, Barnes).

It’s almost surreal that we hired one of the 5 or 6 best coaches in college basketball in his mid 40s
