Nothing going in the top of the 6th. Still 3-1. We are definitely going to need some more runs to win this game.

Holy shite, Guilbeau has pitched six innings of one run ball. It hasn't exactly been pretty, but it is just what we needed.

Guilbeau another K to end the 6th. Pull him! But seriously, most pitches he's thrown since Feb. of 2013. Whenever we do go to the pen now, we could go straight to Shaw and Burrows.

My thoughts exactly

But seriously, major props to Gaspard giving him the ball today. Honestly even in hindsight I would've pulled him earlier, but props to Gaspard for that too. But man, Guilbeau has just been a stud. It's been even prettier than I expected any 1-run, 6-inning outing he could possibly have

That was even weird to type.

if we make it to a super regional I'll have to eat of a lot of crow over Gaspard.

Two out single by White, double down the LF line by Salem. White scores from 1st. 4-1.

If we could create some breathing room here that would be huge.

I know there are two-outs and he's been a stud today so it's not really fair, but we really need Moore to come up big with another hit here.

Moore chases a 1-0 breaking ball, grounds to short. Big insurance run though. 4-1. Extra run probably gives Guilbeau another shot if he's feeling ok. But for the love of everything good let's not push our luck.

Let him start the inning and pull him after the first base runner.

WTF IS HAPPENING? Guilbeau thru 7 with a quick 1-2-3 inning. 4-1 Alabama.
