Nice double play to end the first. Ten pitches for Turnbull, that's the efficiency we need.

Pitch count climbing.

In 2 innings he has thrown almost 40 pitches. We need him to go at least 7 today.

Yea that was rough. Not looking too sharp, lots of three-ball counts and foul balls. Only one swing and miss so far I think.

He'll be so much better at the next level when he gets better coaching. His mechanics are so bad, he has a different looking delivery every pitch.

Meanwhile he we come hacking at the first pitch again. 3 of our 4 hitters in the 2nd went after the first pitch. 1-out double wasted.

We swing at the first pitch in nearly every at bat.

One out double goes to waste. Scoreless after two.

Turnbull isn't going to make it past the 5th I'm afraid.

Better inning there, even with the double. Pitch count by inning: 10, 28, 10. So there's hope. They helped us out in that inning swinging at everything, they looked like us.

I thought he missed the bag. Our hitters need to be patient and work some counts.
