Awful half of basketball but it’s the fault of Oats and Murphy and how they put together a roster. Teams that emphasize having extreme size for going all in on rebounding will smoke our rosters unless they are a bad defensive team.

Not sure how you're supposed to "get loose" from 3 when the other team is allowed to hold you every possession.

Don’t see how we can win this. Getting beat everywhere except fouls. When you give two or three chances every possession you might as well go home.

As if Williamson knows how to get a rebound, what a fuking joke. He just made it painfully easy for UT to drive straight to the basket on the inbound play because Noah is covering a guard at 3/4 court

It does suck when certain teams don’t have to give you freedom of movement. Our offense depends on it.

But it’s not, this is typical Alabama against these type teams. Every now and then they will shoot out of their minds and win one but the tough athletic defenses always give Nate’s teams trouble

They mug you.. repeatedly.
It’s why those pukes never advance in the Tournament.. because fouls get called in the tournament.
The way to stop it is hard foul them.. I mean HARD foul. The refs will call it tighter if you do that.. but we won’t

This is correct. I didn’t have the optimism others had before the game started, but was hoping the refs would be a little more focused on calling blatant fouls restricting our movement. UT with this whistle is impossible for us to beat

I keep thinking we break some ceiling, where I see toughness, shot blocking, offensive and defensive rebounding consistently in games and we're a legitimate final four team, it's not always there but it's there enough, and I'm content, and then we play fricking tennessee.

It can be both ways: we are playing soft. Tennessee is also being allowed to hold and hand check our guards into oblivion. You are not supposed to be able to use your arms to prevent an offensive player from driving past you. Not sure we've had a possession where this hasn't happened multiple times.
The boards problem is us absolutely getting outworked. Offensively, we are not being given freedom of movement which absolutely cripples our offense.
