Kristian Story Senior Highlights

Looks like he could be a really good safety or a very solid receiver. Hope we stick him at one position and let him develop.

I agree one of those should be his primary position but if he lands at WR I definitely think he should inherit the SladeCat package as a bonus.

Rumor on the LSURb going around that Evans made an 11 on the ACT.

That would basically make him illiterate. At least he will only be at Auburn for a year.

Goodness. If that is his true composite score his sum score barely hit the NCAA sliding scale chart for qualification.

He would need at least a 3.3 (B+ in core classes) in HS just to qualify nevermind meeting the school’s admission standard if they take that into account.

Hopefully it isn’t true.

According to BOL, these are our remaining targets for the Class of 2020:

Jamil Burroughs
Javon Baker
Damieon George (signed)
McKinnley Jackson
Alfred Collins
Brandon Frazier
Ennis Rakestraw, Jr.

If I could choose four:

George (already signed)
Ennis Rakestraw Jr
McKinnley Jackson
Jamil Burroughs

If Jamil's grades don't come up, give me Frazier.

Dude doesn't know how to use his size at all. His highlights in the allstar practices and games paints him exactly how I saw him. Athletic player playing TE. He isn't a TE who happens to be athletic.

I think he will definitely need to be coached up to be successful in the SEC.

I still believe Kirby will have him on Dline when it is all said and done.

Maybe up to 6 more including unsigned commits, but each one we take reqires more attrition of current players to fit within the 85 total limit:

2nd post (class size vs annual 25 limits)
2020 Projected Roster (room vs 85 limit)

If I could choose four:

George (already signed-)
we are gonna need Guard help after next year and I think he moves inside anyway.

Ennis Rakestraw Jr -With Surtain leaving after this season and along with everbody gonna get a shot at nickle slot and
the two open safety spots .It makes taking another DB a must.
Also not knowing were story ends up playing wr or qb.

McKinnley Jackson
- just to dominant not to want.

Javon Baker -
Kid hands and routes running are big time.
In one on one balls deep plays having those hands are just to valuable come huge SEC games.
Especially with our red zone passing problems.
Other than smitty on back sideline go, back fade, red zone jump balls.
Ive not seen anybody else show there that guy in the red zone.
judey, waddle, ruggs were all great after catch runners. But smitty complete package was better.

Washington is going to be an offensive lineman he just doesn't know it yet. If he was smart thats what he woukd do anyway. A lot more money.

I think GA will initially use DW mostly as an in-line blocking TE and not much as a major receiving target.

Source: Georgia offensive lineman Cade Mays has entered the transfer portal. Former five-star recruit. Started 11 games this year.

I wonder if we might go after him.

Something fishy about Mays. With several lineman declaring pro for UGA, why would a returning 11 game starter transfer?

That’s baffling.

I believe he's a Tennessee legacy and his younger brother is already at UT.

I could see him staying in the SEC at UT or Arkansas.

Pittman was his recruiter and position coach, players love him...
