Hopefully we are recruiting Rosemy hard. We need a tall skilled receiver in this class.

In fact, the Crimson Tide has signed 46 5-star recruits since Saban’s first full recruiting cycle in 2008.
Here, BamaOnLine takes a look at the 5-star prospects Alabama is heavily in contention for at this juncture in the recruiting cycle.
Keep in mind, it’s way too early to write anybody off as a possibility. The following 5-star prospects are those that the Tide has already planted itself among the top contenders with early on.

Alabama could very well be in the driver’s seat in Jackson’s recruitment at this time, although he hasn’t said it. UA hosted the nation’s top defensive lineman for Junior Day last month and is a very serious contender to land the Magnolia State native. The additions of defensive line coach Brian Baker and outside linebackers coach Sal Sunseri give Jackson that much more familiarity with the Tide staff. He plans to return in the spring.

DJ Uiagalelei — Carson Beck recently decommitted from Alabama, leaving the Tide with a need at the quarterback position. Could UA make a push behind new offensive coordinator Steve Sarkisian?
