I see 6-11, 215 lbs on 247... Im guessing 6'9" is probably the case though.

What does ‘Buy Games’ mean? Avg Seats sold per game?

This is the latest in Stadium’s “Conference Chain of Command” series in which we polled a handful of veteran coaches in every league to determine the best JOBS in each league, all the way down to the ones that are the most difficult.
Here are the eight categories that were utilized to determine the overall rankings.
Tradition – The history of the program
Media Exposure – Games on national television
Game Atmosphere – Includes attendance
Budget/Resources – Includes coaches’ salaries, recruiting budget, travel budget, private planes, cost of attendance, etc.
Buy Games – Programs who are bought the fewest number of times will rank first
Geographical Recruiting Base – Proximity to players
Facilities – Not just the arena, but also practice facilities, weight room, locker rooms, etc.
Selling Pros – Being able to sell not only NBA players, but also those who play overseas

I missed this part when originally looking at the article:
quote:
8. ALABAMA (57) – The Crimson Tide have played in the NCAA Tournament more than 20 times since 1975, and have advanced to the Sweet 16 in 1976, 1982, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1990, 1991 and 2004. Alabama has churned out no shortage of pros — like Antonio McDyess, Roy Rogers, Gerald Wallace, Collin Sexton) — and has a budget that ranks in the top half of the league.
Where they win: “Players within the region that grew up as Alabama fans. For everybody who says it’s a football school, they will support any level of success with the basketball program. The football program also helps.” – SEC assistant coach
The knock: “The perception is that football is the only thing that matters.” – SEC head coach

We got CB’s for top 40 2021 player Charles Bediako today. He could reclassify to 2020. Him, Burnett, and Jackson would probably be our best class ever.

If thats the case, we would have to get rid of the weakest link at 5, correct?

Guess they're now done handing out waivers like candy. Go ahead and expect JQ to not get his granted.

You would think salary would be factor.

1 month ago, this would have bothered me. With James Rojas & Juwan Gary going down, I’d almost rather Jahvon Quinerly save a year of eligibility and come in strong with Nimari Burnett & Isaiah Jackson. The roster doesn’t look very strong this season anyway. If JQ waits, we could potentially have this debuting together in Oats Year 2....
Nimari Burnett, 5-Star, #22 Ranked Player in the Country (2020)
Isaiah Jackson, 5-Star, #25 Ranked Player in the Country (2020)
Jahvon Quinerly, 5-Star, #28 Ranked Player in the Country (2018)
Juwan Gary, 4-Star, #93 Ranked Player in the Country (2019)
YES PLEASE!

I'd rather he be eligible this year when we know we need depth than wait a year for him to play with a presumed full roster.

Wow.
I really thought he was going to end up at Louisville. Didn't realize MSU was really an option there.

@JackPilgrimKSR
A lot of people saying it is Jackson....I hope not. Would at least like him to get on Campus before he commits somewhere else
