I would agree with that.
Relative to what I suspect KenPom values players at, I think Herbert, Tevin Mack and Kira are underrated
Offset a bit though as I think Donta's efficiency falls a bit without Sexton. Donta is a great player, but he was the biggest beneficiary of opponents keying in on Sexton

One of these isn't like the other. Memphis finished ranked #161 by KenPom
URI / MSU were solid opponents but still ranked only around #50-55, but I wouldn't weigh those too heavily
It doesn't really matter though, as the consistency/production to win 18-20+ requires guys to step up. No preseason projection/ranking can predict if that happens

Interesting thought. I didn't really notice that last year.
Donta's production fell off in a huge way late in the year. Hopefully, his hand/wrist is all better this year. Last 6 games he only had 25 rebounds and 1 block.

Avery should post it in the locker room for motivation. If the season does finish close to this, it will probably confirm my fears about Avery's coaching ability.

Any big benefit’s most from a PG that penetrates and kicks. It isn’t just Donte. A big defender on the block will always help on the weak side when a guard get to the rim.
