The ultimate Bama basketball moment would be us losing every game from here on out and finishing one game shy of making the tourney after all of us are so confident we’re in

I still think if we win Wednesday we get in.... but with this much fricking talent it shouldnt be this close.

We continually mistake athleticism for talent. Take Sexton out of the mix and we've got a bunch of big, impressive looking athletes...who aren't particularly very good BASKETBALL players.....and their fundamentals suck (that's totally on Avery).

You wanna see BASKETBALL players?...watch a Virginia or Wichita St. play for example. In a street fight or athletic skills contest, we'd kill'em....but not at basketball.

Lunardi moves us UP to a 7 seed after tonight’s loss SECN tweeted out the updated SEC projections

If we lose out we may end up with a NCAAT 3 or 4 seed.

Speaking of Donta Hall why the frick have we stopped getting him the ball these last 2 games??

Lol, why was Ingram running point last night for almost half the game? Why did Sexton go basically 5 minutes into the game without taking a shot?

Nothing surprises me anymore with this team.

Lunardi is trash. The only reason he is relevant is because he is the ESPN guy

Our tournament chances are down almost 25% on Teamrankings since the LSU win. We're now at 66%.

18 wins- 49.4%
19 wins - 84.7%

Pretty simple- beat Florida at home and a struggling A&M squad on the road.

Without drastic improvement in effort and coaching neither will happen.

You've got the unemployed successful coaches Tom Crean and Thad Matta. Maybe we could get a guy like Eric Musselman (Nevada) from a mid major that's had a lot of success. The $3 million could maybe even tempt a guy at a Big East program like Doug McDermott (Creighton). It sounds too bold to say we could the Creighton coach, but we'd be near tripling his current salary.

While I don't want Avery fired either, of those coaches, Crean and Matta sound intriguing...the last coach from Nevada to come to the SEC was Mark Fox...like the Creighton coach but he's already at a better basketball school...if he leaves, I figure it'll be for whenever one of the blue bloods open up...

Bottom line though, is what decent coach will want to come coach b-ball at a football school knowing if he doesn't make the tourney within three years, he'll be fired?

Woke up this morning hoping I wouldn't hate Avery and this team. I still do. I just can't believe we've pulled this shite three years in a row.

With some of the shite we are seeing, do you feel like Avery is searching for answers, for the magic combo or lineup that will make things click? Like he doesn’t have a clue what to do so let’s throw shite at the wall and see what sticks?

I actually think Lunardi is pretty good. He's better than Palm.
