I could care less George....I'm at the point to where I'm falling over laughing. I pissed some off during football season so I guess they're being funny or holding a grudge.

The committment to it is almost impressive.

Yeah it's like it's a programmed response.

It is impressive...I remember defending jalen and him being what we should want in our football program and got downvoted . I shouldn't be surprised at it now lol.

I think it does more for a program in the long run to schedule wel
I agree. I don't want to watch shite games either
I really like AUs games vs UAB, MTSU + @MurraySt for the same reason you like BYU/Memphis. Just because they are should wins, your team can't sleep walk through them and expect to win
I do wish AU scheduled one of Army/Air Force every year though. With Maxwell/Fort Benning both within an hour, it would get a lot of local interest.

Agree. A schedule with teams whose names and uniforms you recognize as being legitimate is much more interesting, regardless of whether they are just ok or not.

New college basketball report came out from the FBI. Alabama is mentioned as one of the schools involved. Sexton was potentially paid. I knew the FBI investigation being over was too good to be true. After all....this is Alabama basketball. We’re cursed.

He was just mentioned as having a dinner paid for. He already served his penalty, no big deal.

I think we're fine. Sexton sat a game and I believe everything was reimbursed.
Say goodbye to South Carolina's final 4 though.

Yeah but we don’t know if this is separate or the same issue.

The article isn't referring to the Chuck Person investigation, which is what that Suspension was supposedly about.
Now I wouldn't put it past Pete Thamel to blur those lines as he's an asshat. That said, he didn't mention AU in the article so : dunno:

They just have them on an agent paying Dozier right? I don't think you should have to vacate for that. The school didn't do nothin
Posted on 2/23/18 at 8:03 am to TomRollTideRitter
Dozier was ineligible due to his relationship with the agent. Playing ineligible players means you have to vacate every win
Just look at Reggie Bush and lack of official 04 NC team

I know. I'm saying it's my opinion that you shouldn't have to vacate for that.

About the downvote thing, I’ve experienced something similar. Some asshat downvoting every post you make. It’s childish and gets old after a while. Having said that, some may be accidental; if you are trying to upvote on a cell phone and have fat fingers it’s easy to do.

That article included Sexton in a list of "players or a family members" who had a meal paid for by an agent. That is exactly what we heard he was suspended for early in the season. Meeting with an agent is not a violation nor is it against the law.
There is a long list of players who received "loans" from the agent. Thank God Sexton wasn't on that list.

I thought contact with an agent automatically makes you ineligible? Or maybe it was a family member.

You can always ask to have your eligibility reinstated which is what Bama did w Sexton
It's some born again virgin shite. Glad it exists, but by definition it's just made up

Not worried about the Sexton stuff at all. Not because I think we didn't do anything, just because at this point what's the point.
