Depends on which road team shows up. The one that went to Tucson and Gainesville wins in Rupp. The one that went to Athens gets their teeth kicked in.

1 more win and I'm putting in leave for March 15th and 16th. March Madness baby!

We've only played 2 bad games in the last month IMHO.

Good : South Carolina, @ LSU, 2nd half Auburn, 1st half Mississippi State, Oklahoma, 2nd half @ Florida, Tennessee

Lukewarm :1st half Auburn, 2nd half Mississippi State, 1st half @ Florida, @ Mississippi State

Bad : Missouri, @ Ole Miss

It's not perfect, but it's getting better. Next step is taking care of business Tuesday.

Alabama is 3-0 vs the Top 3 teams in the league (Auburn, Tennessee, @ Florida).

Alabama is 1-3 vs the Bottom 4 teams in the league (@ Georgia, @ Ole Miss, @ Vanderbilt, South Carolina).

LOL

Just another chapter in Bama Basketball Things. I'll take this over cleaning up against the cellar dwellers and taking 1 out of 10 from the top of the league though.

All I know is if we make it to March we'll be playing Q1 level teams. Works for me.

Actually, we've played some good games in Rupp historically. We've probably beaten the Cats there as much as anyone.

This is very true, but also kind of misleading. Vanderbilt is the worst team in the conference and yet can beat any team in this conference at home. Hell, Auburn didn't really blow them away in Auburn Arena and Tennessee escaped with a 5-point win in Knoxville. This conference is the best I think it has ever been from top to bottom. There literally are no surprise wins and losses outside of lopsided scores like today.

Yeah, I even forgot about the 2-pt loss in Rupp. Part of me feels bad for Vandy. With all the good teams we have this year, someone was bound to be unlucky and lose a lot of close games. When you actually look at their schedule results it's kind of shocking that they only have 9 wins. You'd think with just a little luck they'd win at least some of those close games... Well, I guess they did in one of them........
