Tennessee is a really good club. Williams is great in the paint but they aren't exactly a shrink the floor pound on you team.
It'll be tough. Going to have to play a very good game and do it for 2 halves.

Because this is what this board does. Mississippi State is a tournament quality team. They were favored in this game. But obviously we lost because we "shite the bed" and are an NIT team.

It's a home conference game, so of course we have a shot. I don't think Tennessee is like Mizzou. Mizzou plays awful basketball. Tennessee is probably the cleanest offensive team in the SEC.

I agree with your previous posts George, but I'd be lying if I said I don't have a bad feeling. UT may be the best team we've played. It's gonna be very hard to win 4 of these last 7.
Even 3+1 in the tournament will be tough.

It's amazing how bad we are shooting wise. I get the frustration over them not attacking the basket, but good God can we not just make a few shots?

LSU, Arkansas and Florida all at home are big time must wins. However, I don't think you can trust us to win all 3. That means we really need to win 2 of the others, probably, meaning 2 of @ UK, @ A&M, @ AU and Tennessee.
Honestly, I think @ UK might be the most stealable other game. I think that's a pretty decent matchup for us.

Aren't gonna win many games shooting like that. Why did Ingram only play 12 minutes? I know foul trouble got him out early in the 1st half. Was it that way all game? Was he in when we were settling for jump shots at the end of the game?

I don't feel like the criticism has been unjustly handed out. It annoys me when people try to act like being frustrated and pissed off is a bad thing. Mediocre isn't good and when people are happy with that, then that's a problem.
I'm not mad at the Miss St. game and I understand that they are a decent team. I'm pissed at our program. We should want the same kind of success in basketball that we want from football. Hallelujah and holy shite, where's the Tylenol

He was out of sorts most of the game.
State also did a nice job of collapsing on drives and not overpursing from the backside. Really limited our normal drive and dump stuff.
And, we missed a lot of the open corner 3 looks we got.
