Oklahoma is saying "Ok, you can switch everything, especially on Young, we're going to run 3 guys through and back cut one".
They've also smartly done it after dragging Hall away from the basket.

Don’t recall him saying he thought he was going to be drafted.
Taking advantage of going to the combine =\= thinking he’s going to be drafted.
Think about how many football players would go to the NFL combine if they would still be able to return to college. Getting those reps and getting the feedback from the pros is invaluable.
